👨‍🏫I say stop Survey & Store, start Listen & Act. This is why...

Count the 🚩🚩 here and you'll quickly run out of fingers and toes

(BTW...I do NOT blame the employee. This is 100% a product of the company.)

🏃‍♂️A competition not to "deliver the best experience" but to "get the most 5 star Google reviews

🍬🤢Sure...you'll get a sugar high of great reviews

🙈But you'll have near zero visibility the the ACTUAL experience

💸Customers use reviews to research...
But they'll use EXPERIENCE to open (or shut!) their wallet

How can we get this removed from the corporate (and especially the auto sales) world? Answer…Total VOC.

Have you heard that before? (Be honest...had you said it before? 😉)

Often I know people hear VOC and they think survey.

🚫But TotalVOC isn't a survey. Knowing the true Voice of the Customer and knowing that they think, feel, do, want is so much more.

🛠Building a strong CX foundation, approach and well...experience...builds on your ability to know your customer.

🥺So please...please...don't just "send out a survey" or something.
