Have you heard that before? (Be honest...had you said it before? 😉)
Often I know people hear VOC and they think survey.
🚫But TotalVOC isn't a survey. Knowing the true Voice of the Customer and knowing that they think, feel, do, want is so much more.
🛠Building a strong CX foundation, approach and well...experience...builds on your ability to know your customer.
🥺So please...please...don't just "send out a survey" or something.
