👉So this is in the physical CX space. We often talk about Human CX or Digital CX but Physical
CX is a vital component of overall experience.
😑Its minor, I know, but I am often annoyed with the do not disturb signs on hotel doors. They can be annoying to clip to the door handle. They often fall off when the door closes or get wedged in the door tram as the door shuts.
🤔 So…how to solve?
💡How about decouple the do not disturb “experience” from the door handle completely? Canopy by Hilton brilliantly nailed it.
😁Simple. Likely not that expensive. Effective.
