📣Why do I talk so much about Total VOC? Why so much about moving from Survey and Score to Listen & ACT?

🙍♂️If you're only doing surveys, then you're not listening to ALL the ways a customer will use their voice.
🏃♀️If you're going to seek the customer's voice, then do something about it.
⛔🥇🚫If you're not using the customer's voice to inspire and improve your employee's experience, then you're throwing away gold.
