🤨Well...so now what?

💪Calendar events often have a ton of work involved to prep and deliver for the event but it's what happens afterwards that matters.

😁No different than ideas. Often Day 1 is filled with excitement.

😊Week 1 shows some runway.

🤔Month 1 gets a little tiring.

😯Quarter 1 oh man we better get back on that.

😕Half 1...oh yeah...that thing?

🛠⚙So...no different than when I tell a company, you must grow from "Survey & Score" to "Listen & Act", it's the discipline of Customer Experience, dare I say it...the #process of Customer Experience that delivers sustainable, impactful results.
