Just because a Customer Experience idea is a good idea for some...doesn't mean it's a good idea for all.
I don't have a realistic choice of whether to drive on this particular highway so my loyalty isn't earned. It's just there.
It's not even loyalty. It's a utility.
All this does is kinda 🤬 me off because I think...the money they're spending on this is coming out of the tolls (and the toll increases) I pay.
