🕵️‍♂️Ok...so they didn't ACTUALLY say those words...but isn't' that what they mean?
✅I'm on board with asking for a review. (Heck...I need to do a better job of asking for that from listeners of my podcast.)

But only asking for good reviews...and to do it before I've even stepped in the door? This is my FIRST appointment with this company. Now I'm starting to question all the reviews I've seen out there.

🤨Now instead of open-minded excitement, I have a small brain portion dedicated to skepticism.

🙅‍♂️Not the way to start a relationship with a customer.

✨A Total VOC approach loves asking for reviews...but be open to getting ALL reviews, even the bad ones. Those are the gold from which you learn.
